SmartRental will host in its apartments families with children with congenital heart disease during their treatment and hospitalization.
The SmartRental group, as part of its CSR plan, is pleased to announce that it will collaborate with the Menudos Corazones Foundation. The group, a reference in the tourism sector for its extensive offer of accommodations (serviced apartments, hotels, hostels and colivings) and restaurants, and the Menudos Corazones Foundation, have signed an agreement whereby the company’s apartments will become the home and shelter of families with children with heart problems, during the treatments they receive outside their usual residences.
In its commitment to build responsible and effective alliances with solidarity partners, the SmartRental group will start collaborating with the Foundation, which celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2023. Through this agreement, the SmartRental group will offer free accommodation free of charge for a whole year to families with a minor hospitalized for congenital heart disease. With this, the company will help the family not to worry about finding accommodation and will cooperate so that the child is accompanied by his or her relatives during the hospitalization process. In this way, the family can focus on what is really important: caring for the child.

With this initiative, the SmartRental group reinforces its social commitment and promotes the collaboration of the hotel sector in helping minors in vulnerable situations of illness who need to be accompanied in their medical processes.
