- La Rollerie, a brunch in Provencal patio (Carrera de San Jerónimo, 26): Right in the centre of Madrid, a few steps away from Puerta del Sol, you can find a place that counts with a beautiful Provencal garden in the upper floor. A charming store with a cosy environment, with a great attention to detail. They even have a swing! You can enjoy the brunch from 11am to 4PM. It has 4 versions, English (with eggs, sausage, potato rusty, sandwich bread and butter), Spanish (eggs, ham, toast with oil and tomato and cake), French (French omelette, crêpes, pastries, bread with marmalade and butter) and American (bacon, eggs, omelette and yoghurt). - Jardín Secreto de Salvador Bachiller, the trendy brunch (Calle Montera, 37): Another of our favourite places to eat a summerly brunch in Madrid is the Secret Garden in Salvador Bachiller. It’s served every day at 1PM and has very appetising options with pancakes, waffles with dulce de leche and banana, or an acay bowl. Amongst the salty options, Benedict eggs with Spanish ham, tomato foccaccia, mozzarella and pesto, tuna tacos and avocado toasts.
