Madrid Fusion

Madrid will become the World capital of the riskiest and boldest gastronomic creations on the 23rd, 24th and 25th of this month. The 15th edition of this gastronomic festival brings to the city over 100 chefs of over 15 countries. In Madrid Fusion you can enjoy a wide variety of workshops and displays. Names like Andoni Aduriz, David Muñoz, Jonnie Boer or Mauricio Giovanni are some of the most important guests.

This event will take place in the Palacio de Congresos.

Gastroletras

Barrio de las Letras is one of the reference areas in Madrid. An environment that oozes culture and literary tradition. This is why it’s not strange that a gastronomic event has set is roots in this emblematic part of the Spanish capital.

The second edition of Gastroletras brings together cuisine and literature in an original event. 40 restoration stores in this area will offer tapas related with literature and poetry, from the 19th to the 29th of January.

In addition to this, in several streets, bars and restaurants will organise guided routes, activities, talks, concerts and expositions. Without a doubt, a very complete event to spend a day in Madrid.

Madrid Productores

Like every month, on the last weekend of January a new edition of Mercado Madrid Productores takes place. It takes place in Plaza de Matadero de Madrid. In this event you can find artisan products. Also, in this event different workshops, talks and tastings take place. A great option to spend a weekend with your family or a very original plan to enjoy ecology and countryside right in the city.
