One of the most important events of the touristic industry is about to take place, as every year, in Madrid. Fitur is not only one of the main tourism fairs in Europe. It’s one of the principal events and fairs of this kind that is celebrated in Spain throughout the year. From the 18th to the 22nd of January Madrid turns into the world tourism capital. Fitur celebrates this year in IFEMA its 27th edition. In 2016 nearly 10,000 companies in the tourist world took part in FITUR, in addition to the 126,000 professionals and 107, 000 visitors. This year the figure is expected to grow.

This tourism fair incorporates different spaces and monographic sections, just as FITUR Health and FITUR Shopping, as well as fully dedicated segments to LGBT tourism, the exportation of tourism as an industry, technological tourism or sustainability.

As we were telling you before, over 10,000 companies and 126,000 professionals will take part in this year’s edition. In the different areas and spaces in FITUR you can find companies and exhibitors of several fields: professional associations, hotel businesses, technological companies, health firms, transportation services…
