The MADbird Fair is an event that takes place in Paseo del Prado during the days before mentioned, where you will be able to discover nature at its best.
The MADbird Fair
This is the first nature observation fair that takes place in big cities, instead of in more remote locations. In addition to exhibitors coming from different points of Spain, the event will hold various types of very interesting activities such as photo displays, birdwatching, movies, workshops…
The different stands and spaces in the MADbird fair spread out through Paseo del Prado from ‘fountain to fountain’ (from Cibeles to Neptuno). Besides the touristic nature-related companies, artists, photographers, and professionals, this fair is 100% public-orientated, to encourage the observation of the environment and sustainability.
On top of the collaboration of the Agriculture and Environment Ministry, the City Hall and the Autonomous Community of Madrid, other important institutions like the Jane Goodall Institute in Spain, SEO Birdlige, the Félix Rodríguez de la Fuente Foundation, Germany’s National Tourist Office or Wild Iberian Nature also take part in this event.
