Today we’re going to talk to you about the créme de la créme, the restaurants in Madrid that have one or more stars of the emblematic Michelin guide.

  • La Terraza del Casino: By PacoRoncero, in CalleAlcalá 15. This restaurant gives you the choice between selecting from the menu and enjoying the creations of the staff in the tasting menu.
  • Santceloni: Located in Paseo de la Castellana 57. The team headed by Óscar Velasco prepares Mediterranean and Spanish dishes, adapted the creations to the products you can find each season.
  • Ramón Freixa: Right in barrio de Salamanca. This restaurant, with two Michelín stars bets for innovation but without losing the culinary Mediterranean and Spanish tradition.
  • Coque: although you can’t find it right in the city of Madrid, the restaurant Coque de Humanes is well worth a visit. A place where, after being looked by the chefMario Sandoval has turned into one of the most important of the capital.
