Precisely for the bicycle enthusiasts in Madrid on the next Sunday the 2nd of October, there’s a very special event prepared.

Bicycle party in Madrid

The 2nd of October, the Bicycle Party of Madrid celebrates its 38th edition. This event ( here you can find more information) is framed into the mobility week. The main
objective of this event is to bring families and citizens closer to the idea of moving through the city more by bicycle, in a safe and responsible way.

The itinerary of this event (open for participation from 9am) starts in Glorieta de Atocha and finishes in Cuzco. In this occasion, the event’s organisation has set two points of encounter (Cuzco and Colón) so that the participants can start accompanied by other cyclists .

Up until 2pm on October the 2nd this circuit will be open and that, in addition, has an area for the cyclists provisioning.

In this event’s web you can find a series of advices for you to enjoy this fun and sports day. In this sense, from the organisation of the event, it’s advised to properly examine your bike before participating.

This is the 38th edition of this festive day that has managed to become one of the most important day for bicycle lovers in the Spanish capital. More than 100,000 people took part in this event in last year’s edition.
